About HH Pet Care Services
Thank you for using our services during 2023. We have had a very busy year and thank you all for choosing us to care for your pets.
We welcomed lots of new and returning clients and enjoyed caring for some beautiful cats and dogs in our cattery and kennels, we had some lovely one day dog stays and we had fun visiting clients homes to feed their lovely cats.
Kennels
Your dogs stay, happiness and fun is our top priority. They have a large exterior enclosure for playtime and 35 hectares for their walks. . Our wooden niches are insulated and filled with warm cosy duvets and a heat pad for the winter. We also have raised beds and plastic beds depending on your dogs needs and in the summer they have access to paddling pools.
Cattery
The cattery has seven enclosures, one having two levels. All enclosures were used during 2023 and we enjoyed having so many beautiful cats stay with us. We provide air conditioning during the summer months and heating in the winter, plus air purification to give all your pets lovely fresh pure air during their stay. We continually update and renew their toys, cat trees, colourful mats and bedding.
Conditions
Please remember that your pets must be fully vaccinated and their vaccines must be up to date before arrival. Dogs must have their kennel cough included in their vaccinations.
Your pets must be treated for worms and fleas before arrival. If your pet requires this treatment during their stay, please provide their usual treatment and date required when they arrive.
Please provide enough food for your pets vacation with us.
If you are not able to collect your pet at the agreed time and day, you must inform us as soon as possible. If the kennels are full then we will ask that you make alternative arrangements to collect your dog on the day you have stated on your reservation form. If the cattery is full then we have a mobile cage that we can use for a temporary solution.
We will not confirm your chosen dates until we have received your completed reservation form and deposit. If we do not receive a completed booking form and deposit, you may find your chosen dates are not available.
Prices and Payments
We are happy to give your pets their daily medication at no extra charge.
Kennels
1 dog staying in one kennel 15€ per day 2 or more dogs staying in one kennel 11€ per day per dog
Cattery
1 cat staying in one enclosure 9€ per day 2 or more cats staying in one enclosure 7€ per cat per day
Feeding your cat in your home
35c per Km to drive to your home and back, plus 8€ per visit
Payment
Any additional charges will be added to your invoice and payment will be expected when you return to collect your pets.
For longer bookings we are happy to arrange a payment schedule that will be agreed at the time of booking.
Deposit
We require a deposit of 25€ per stay. This must be paid prior to your required dates and be accompanied by your completed reservation form. Your holiday will not be guaranteed until we have received both the deposit and reservation form.

Additional Charges
If your pet requires veterinary intervention during their stay this cost will be added to your invoice. This must be paid at the time of collection.
If your pet runs out of their food, we will buy them the same food and this cost will be added to the invoice.
Our information sheet includes everything you need to know about your pets vacation with us. We aim to provide a fun and loving holiday for your pets to give you peace of mind while you are away.
